Koffey started as a CRM. It's still that — the open-source, AI-native CRM lives on at /crm and keeps getting better. But the site you're reading is becoming something broader: a place to share what I'm learning while building it, and everything around it.

What you'll find here

Building with AI. I build apps with AI doing most of the heavy lifting — coding agents, product systems, the whole workflow. I'll write about what actually ships versus what just demos well, with real examples from Koffey and other projects.

Fitness over 40. Strength and energy that hold up past 40 aren't about hacks. I'll share the durable stuff: training, recovery, consistency, and what changes when you're not 25 anymore.

Infrastructure, explained. I've spent years in the infrastructure business — servers, GPUs, data centers, the physical machinery behind AI. Most explanations are written for engineers. Mine won't be. If you've ever wondered what "the cloud" actually is, this section is for you.

Built in public

Everything here follows the same rule as the CRM: build in the open, share the process, keep it honest. The code is on GitHub, the posts are markdown files in the same repo, and the mistakes will be documented alongside the wins.
