About Koffey

What is Koffey?

Koffey is a personal ideas hub, built in public. It's where I share three things I care about and work on every day:

  • Building with AI — I build real products with AI coding agents doing most of the heavy lifting, including the open-source Koffey CRM. I write about what actually works.
  • Fitness over 40 — strength, energy, and consistency that hold up past 40. No hacks, no 75-day challenges. Just what keeps working.
  • Infrastructure, explained — I've spent my career in the infrastructure business: servers, GPUs, data centers, the physical machinery behind the AI boom. I explain it for people who don't write code.

Who's behind it

I'm Johnny. I've spent years selling and thinking about bare-metal infrastructure — the actual computers behind "the cloud" — and more recently building software with AI, in the open.

Why "built in public"

Because the process is the product. The CRM's code is on GitHub, these posts live as markdown files in the same repository, and the missteps get documented next to the wins. If something here helps you build, lift, or finally understand what a GPU cluster is — that's the point.
